This week is going to be all the leftovers from the year that either didn’t make the retrospective or I’ve been holding for a while now to talk about. The first topic hits really hard, as it easily could of been a hypothetical 2 hour long “Patreon only” exclusive I would have produced in an alternate time line where I’m not a poor idiot. Tons of stuff in the audio blog I will go over about this topic, but to be as brief as possible; everyone and everything has its place and time. Some endure, while others die out. It’s the way of things, for all things, since time began. Thanks to SmugAlana for the clip.

Once again strange times we live in when gatekeeping is actually done right. Apparently the team at Blue Archive dodged a real bullet with this cancellation. It is shocking that 2026 is just around the corner and a lot of businesses still can’t do good PR right. Thanks to Jenazad for the clip!

In a few days my own retrospective will drop, but during the meantime you can watch someone with actual talent and skill do their own. Long time recommendation Napoleon Blownapart has his annual MMA wrap up video for 2025, and it’s two hours of pure comedy gold.

I’m recommending you all check out another desktop companion app called Your Mother on Steam. This companion isn’t as optimized as Your Wife, but it has a few other features that make it stand out including some spoken audio lines. It’s also affordable at $1 at all times, so worth checking out if you have money to burn. The torn clothing mod I’m using by the way is called O MOTHER! in the workshop.
