go to last week

So I’m rectifying a mistake I made last month. I was supposed to make some type of update on what gacha games I was still playing in 2025. The long and short of it, Lost Sword is one of those games I’m still playing. The video will explain more. If you need guidance, please feel free to visit the Lost Sword Wiki, maintained by a content creator Sefhi who also has a YouTube channel. And yes, that account really was deleted. I’m already on my new one!

I’ve always fostered a chill atmosphere on the website. No drama, no intense subjects that you don’t get something meaningful out of. This particular topic however is more of an interesting case study in human behavior. Don’t focus too much on the people invovled, but the systems that lead up to, surrounding it, and the aftermath that followed. It’s a fascinating nerd topic, and I hope you all took something away from it as I did. Thanks to Mujin for the video. If you need a virtual waifu commentary version, SmugAlana’s video is here.

Joke thumbnail aside, the above video is quite the talking point for the last few years. The hosts in the show do a good job of hitting the main talking points, but they miss one particular reason why this problem is still a thing and growing. It’s social clout chasing with a nerdy twist. A lot more details in the audio blog. Thanks to WFN for the video.

Artist is Scrapy

Artist is Scrapy

I usually don’t link two pieces of art from any artist out of respect for their work, but artist of the week Scrapy really draws in a style that I personally find enjoyable! Obviously he gets a ton of bonus points for goblin girls. You can reach him on his socials and check out his various platforms here. Send him a nice work of encouragement, as with all artists of the week recommendations.
