I mentioned this last week and am doing a follow up about a week later. Lost Sword is in the honeymoon phase and is throwing out everything and the kitchen sink to entice players to try it out and spread the word. This week’s theme is frugality, and considering the game is F2P friendly (at the moment), I’m doing my part.
My pubic service announcement in these trying economic times is that anime figures and collectibles are still affordable. You just have to keep your expectations in check and know certain brand and keyword combinations to look for. Some of my favorite budget waifu options are “Glitter & Glamours” from Banpresto, as well as “BiCute Bunnies” from Furyu.
More freebies this week in the form of podcasts, and that’s where I recommend LORE. On occasion I dabble into the paranormal space and dig up what I can that is interesting. The folks over at LORE however are professionals and have been doing this for quite some time now. An extensive podcast backlog awaits you for non-fiction stories of oddities around the world.
As much as I have issues with YouTube and their various sins, what they still do well is be a platform for music. Granted you may run into multiple ads which I’ve discussed you can find creative ways to bypass, it’s still a good way for artists to get their music known. W O L F C L U B has a deep library of music on YouTube you can check out, and it’s worth it.
Artist is Shchrit
Artist of the week is Shchrit bringing us a cute Ada Wong in Goblin form. Shchrit has a very clean, pastel look to their art which is very nostalgic to me. You can find a lot of their work posted for free on their various socials, and don’t forget to send them a kind word on any of it.
