I have no horse in the race or dog in the fight with 99% of gacha game success or failure stories. But some of them are bittersweet to me because they exhibit behavior I’m always suspicious of. Whenever one bans emulators and doesn’t provide a PC client for example, it goes on my “high potential for shit” list. Black Beacon did that and now it’s gone. Another game dead due to bad decisions. Developers of gacha games are not the only ones making horrible long term decisions for their brand and property. Theme Parks Shouldn’t Exist has a lot of other similar videos should you be inclined to deep dive, and they’re good ones for the curious.

Artist of the week is a previous recommendation but always worth repeating. It’s the great Krokobyaka. They like to draw various waifus, and have a long running history of celebrating the goblin variety; one of my personal favorites.
